Elderflower Aperol Spritz
Transport yourself to the coast of Italy and enjoy the bitter and sweet flavors of this classic drink! All you need is some aperol (AH-peh-ral), your favorite prosecco or champagne, elderflower liqueur, and some soda water.
3 oz prosecco or champagne
1 3/4 oz Aperol
1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur (st. germain)
1/2 oz soda water
And to top off this Italian inspired drink, garnish with a slice of grapefruit or even some baby breath flowers for a show stopper presentation.
Prickly Pear margarita
You can never go wrong with a delicious margarita…but a prickly pear one is something you have to try and everyone will love. It even looks pretty with a perfect pink color. Mixture of sweet n sour with a salty rim, count me in. Get some of your favorite tequila, contreui, prickly pear syrup, and lime juice.
3 oz tequila
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 1/2 oz lime juice
2 oz prickly pear syrup
Finishing this margarita with some coarse salt on the rim and garnish with a slice of lime and pineapple leaves to make the perfect summer drink!
