Jacqueline is the operational and creative force behind the Root experience. With a background in business, leadership, and people-centered design, she is devoted to building a space where every detail feels intentional and every guest feels genuinely seen. Her focus is on cultivating an environment that is calm, welcoming, and deeply aligned with the belief that beauty belongs to everyone.

Hair Artist + Balayage Expert
Shane is a seasoned artist with a specialty in French haircutting and balayage. He’s known for seamless grey coverage, tailored men’s cuts, and long-lasting French blowouts. With evening and Saturday availability, he makes it easy to enjoy a luxe experience on your schedule. When he’s not behind the chair, Shane can be found outdoors camping, off-roading, or riding his Harley.
