As we are certain you have heard by now, Governor Ducey has allowed Arizona salons to finally reopen and we are thrilled. We will reopen the salon doors this Friday, May 8th. Our first appointments will begin at 9:00 AM. To ensure the safety of our staff and you, our loyal customer, we will be working in a diminished capacity.
We have been working very hard to make sure that we have ample Personal Protective Equipment, cleaning and sanitization supplies, and additional linens. Creating a safe environment for our staff, our clients and our community is paramount to us.
We have been preparing for our reopen for weeks and feel secure in our ability to meet and exceed all OSHA, Arizona State Board of Cosmetology, and CDC guidelines.
All of our stylists have gone through intensive sanitation certification and the certificates will be displayed at the work stations. They are eager to help you look amazing again. We know your hair will need a little extra care, so we will make a great effort to ensure you are rescheduled with your favorite stylist.
What changes will you see as you return to our salon? The largest change will be the addition of plexiglass dividers in between the styling stations, the shampoo shuttles, and the front desk (see our video tour below). This will allow the majority of our team to work in the salon without having to stagger shifts. We have also taken our time away from serving our guests to paint and refinish every surface.
There is touch-free hand sanitizer dispensers at all entrances to the salon. Restrooms will be sanitized every half hour. Our team members have their temperatures taken before each shift.
Appointments will be spread out to allow time for the complete sanitation of every work surface between every guest. There will be no double booking of guests.
We will all be wearing our masks as we work and we ask that you do not visit the salon without yours. If you are feeling ill, please CANCEL your appointment. We will work you back in when you are feeling better.
Please let us know if you would like to wait in your car prior to when we can begin your appointment. Just call the front desk and let us know where you are parked and we will come get you.
Please do not bring additional people to your appointment. We are not wanting to crowd the salon space.
