Have you ever noticed that you walk around with a mental image of the way you look? Then you look at a photo of yourself and BOOM, that image is blown. It’s enough to ruin your day!

Okay, so maybe that is an exaggeration, but we think we could all use a little help when it comes to taking a great picture. Here are some of our favorite tips on how to look your very best!

1. Standing just right can shed a few pounds. Keep your hips shoulder width apart, leverage you weight on your weight back foot, then, slightly bend your front leg. Presto! Thin to win!

2. Never stand straight on. Facing the camera can instantly create a dumpy “house- fruere” look.

3. Keep your arms away from your body. This will help you look more confident and will define your torso better than arms plastered to your side.

4. Lastly, ENJOY being photographed! If you are having fun you will always look terrific.

So, say “cheese”.
