Rice is a rich source of many nutrients such as vitamin B, and it helps in making the structure of the skin better. In fact, rice can even take care of that daily tan that you get from pollution and dirt outside. Makes your skin better and brighter, In this blog I will take you through three rice flour face pack recipes that have worked for us and will work for you as well. Remember to always proceed with caution if you have sensitive skin, a patch test will do.

ABSORB – Using rice flour packs tightens your pores and tones your skin, Thus, it balances the oil levels and gives a matte effect. Take one tablespoon of each – rice flour, oats, milk, and honey, mix all to form a consistent paste, apply and let sit for 10 minutes, rinse off then moisturize.

SOOTHE – Rice is known to be anti-inflammatory in nature and takes care of itching and inflammation by having a soothing effect on the skin. Take one tablespoon of rice flour, four drops of castor oil, few drops of rose water, mix all together, apply and let sit for 15 minutes, rinse off then moisturize

REPAIR – Rice is also effective in maintaining and repairing the skin’s natural barrier. It also protects it against pollution and free radicals. Take equal proportions rice four, chocolate powder, and milk , mix to form a consistent paste, apply and let stand for 15 minutes, rinse off then moisturize.
