Focus on the hair. Focus!

Okay, so now that you took our advice on how to book with us for the first time, let’s talk about your big day.

We totally understand how setting foot in a new salon can be overwhelming. So here are a few tips that will make communication with your new stylist easy. Following this advice will help us fulfill your needs!

#1 Make a List

Make a detailed list of what you like and what you don’t like about your hair. Knowing this, your new stylist will steer the appointment in the right direction.

#2 Bring Some Pictures

Have pictures handy and be ready to convey exactly what it is that you like about the photo. And, be sure to ignore the face attached to the hair. Unfortunately, we cannot make your face look like Kim Kardashian so let’s focus our direction to the hair in the photo. Or, bring in some pictures of yourself when had a haircut/color that you loved – those work best.

#3 Keep Cut & Color Separate

When consulting with your stylist, stay on track by limiting the conversation to one thing at a time. We don’t want any mixed messages about the exact things you want.

As with any relationship, it’s all about clear communication. Come in and let’s talk…it’s the only way to ensure a happy experience and a promising future.
