With these new blonde enhancing hues we are able to enhance your blonde at the brightest, most reliable level. This gives us the ability to balance and deliver true, on-level toning and minimize the risk of a toner taking too dark. We will no longer need to perfectly dilute the Level 9 series, allowing us to have more consistent and true results with blonding. Which means better blonde results every time! YAY!
With 5 shades in the new Level 10 series to choose from we are having so much fun creating really special blonde looks. A standout favorite would defiantly be the 10N Delicate Natural. It balances that yellow hue Arizona blondes tend to get. Another favorite is 10P Ivory Pearl to cool off warmth and create a slight pearlescent effect on very light blonde hair.
