Cooperation happens when everybody communicates, everyone knows the plan. This helps to promote a sense of teamwork. It’s highly important to provide opportunities for team development. This could include mentorship, educational opportunities, and training programs.
By organizing team social gatherings, encouraging the use of employee resource groups, partnering employees with similar specialties and interest on salon projects, and getting involved in a group charitable endeavor, we build a very strong team, community spirit.
