Hi! My name is Julia and I’m one of the newest members of The Root team! I’m a recent graduate of cosmetology school and found my home at The Root Salon ! I’m excited to continue my journey and grow my knowledge as I work alongside the talented stylists.
Growing up my mom was a hair stylist and I would get to go to work with her, this is where my love for the beauty industry began. I’d beg my mom and sister to let me style their hair. Once in high school I started coloring my own hair and eventually my close friends’ hair.
I know I’m new to the hair industry but I consider myself lucky to have a passion for something as creative and precise as cosmetology. It’s been my love since as long as I can remember and am beyond grateful for future opportunities this industry will bring me.
