Come on in!

Come on in!

This year’s buzz words across the salon industry seem to be “the guest experience.”

So let’s take a look at what your guest experience is like here at The Root Salon:

Your experience as our guest doesn’t just start when you sit down in one of our stylist’s chairs. For most of our new clients, the first connection to The Root Salon culture is through our website. What we hope for you when you first encounter our web presence is a true peek inside The Root Salon, an introduction to our team, and a clarification of what you can expect as our guest.

Our reviews are real, the photography is original (showcasing our true, original work), the visual artists we feature are local, and our team truly loves what we do.

Once you decide The Root Salon is for you, what happens when you walk through our door:

There’s always a smiling face to greet you personally, by name, at the front desk. We love to offer our guests an assortment of beverages like cold bottled water, sodas, coffee, tea, craft beer, or a glass of red or white Root wine. Additionally at our beverage station, we always have a multitude of sweet treats, like locally-baked cookies, for you to enjoy.

Once you’re all checked in, we try our very best to never make you wait. Your stylist is alerted that you have arrived, and is eager to make you look and feel fantastic. We take the utmost pride in our consultations, so make sure you get the most of your time to talk to your stylist about achieving your ideal look.

Relax. We'll take care of you.

Relax. We’ll take care of you.

When your appointment is underway, we aim to make it a satisfying experience:

In our shampoo lounge, we try to keep the chit chat to a minimum, so you can put your feet up and relax while our stylists give you an amazing, therapeutic massage with your shampoo, and treat you to our signature shine treatment. Our shampoo lounge is a great place to wash the cares of your day away! Back in the chair, cut, style, and all color services are performed by career-minded stylists and colorists. Above all else, we take your satisfaction very seriously.

We make sure you walk out the door prepared:

Every member of The Root Salon team loves to tell you how to maintain your new look or color at home. At The Root Salon, we carry only the finest in take-home hair care. There’s a product on our shelves to fit any hair type and texture, and to help you always achieve that “fresh from the salon” look.

Our friendly front desk team wants to know how your experience was, so tell them! Let us make your life easier by booking you as many future appointments as you like. Do you know that you can also always book online? Our front desk team will gladly spend a few minutes with you to teach you how. Make sure that when you’re checking out, you keep us up to speed with your personal contact information so that you continue to receive our future appointment confirmations and helpful newsletters.

This is what we feel we do best to give you a great customer experience at The Root Salon. Give us a call, be our guest, and hopefully you’ll agree!
