Are you staying hydrated enough this summer?

It’s Phoenix, people! It seems as though it is almost impossible to stay hydrated enough in our high heat, low humidity city. But, water is the number one essential ingredient for good health and good health equals beauty from every angle as we see it.

Our bodies need ample water to maintain temperature, cleanse our cells, digest food and eliminate waste. Making sure you drink plenty of water can have such benefits as a better mood (smiles are beautiful), clear, glowing skin (well isn’t that pretty), and shiny movable hair (yep, gorgeous).

So, listen up Phoenix beauties! Try to consume two to three liters of clean fresh water everyday for improved overall health, well-being, and staying your ravishing self all summer long.
