With a full day ahead at the salon, I cannot skip breakfast! I like to keep it quick and easy yet super filling to last me until lunch.
Avocado toast is a staple for me and summer has them nice and ripe for us alllll the time! Although it is way easy, it tends to get a bit boring. So I’m showing you a few of my favorite ways to mix things up and love your avo toast even more..if that’s possible! Let’s get toasting!
To start, toast your favorite bread, mine is Udi’s Gluten Free Millet-Chia. Slice half an avocado and mash it onto the piece of bread. Top it off with one of these additions and you have yourself delicious breakfast super quick!
#1 Avocado Toast with Cucumber and Fresh Dill
Take 6 slices of cucumber and lay them across the avocado toast. Sprinkle on fresh dill as well as salt and pepper.
#2 Avocado Toast with Boiled Egg and Mustard
Top the prepared toast with a soft boiled egg, split in half and add much mustard as you like!
#3 Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon, Red Onions and Capers
Lox bagel anyone?! Prepare as usual, top with the fresh salmon, onion and capers!
