This edition of Tips & Tricks Tuesday, we’re back at helping you look stylish during your workout.
Let’s say your workout is yoga. You yoga divas need hair that hangs in there tight during all your inversions, and that will provide a ponytail-free spot to lay back on for nappy time during savasanas.
We think the ideal style would be fishtail pigtails.
To achieve this look, first divide hair down the middle, clipping one side out of the way. Next, take your loose section and split it in half. Pull out a half inch thick section of hair from the outside of the left half and cross it over to join the right section. Then, from the outside of the right half, grab a half inch section of hair and cross it over to join the left section. Continue all the way down to the end of your hair length and secure with a hair tie.
Repeat this process on the other half of your head, and voila! A stylish yoga workout.
