Are you wanting help with drawing the perfect cat eyeliner?

Spring make-up trends are going to see no shortage of flirty lashes and cat eyeliner. How do you perfect this look?

First, decide what type of liner you are most comfortable with. The market is flooded with liquids, pencils, gels, pens and cakes just to name a few. Here at the salon we use Aveda Petal Essence Eye Definer pencil. We love it for it’s smooth creaminess and lack of petroleum. Black is our choice for the cat eye look.

Start by drawing a line at the center of the eye. Extend the line to cover the entire width of the eye. Lightly place a piece of tape at the angle that you want your liner to follow. Fill in the liner to create the cat eye shape. Build your liner to the thickness you desire. Then gently remove the tape to reveal the perfect cat eye! Flirt at will.
