We think that trusting your hair color to a highly trained hair colorist is super important.
That is why our colorists have always had to secure approval from our Director of Hair Color and Team Leader, Lauren Hart, before they start scheduling color clients. This ensures that all of our colorists are ready to work at the level our guests have come to expect and to the level The Root Salon reputation has built.
We are proud to announce that our own Lauren Hart, after over 35 years experience as an expert hair colorist, recently gained the title of “American Board Certified”. She is the only colorist in Phoenix, AZ with this esteemed title!
Becoming American Board Certified is a monumental achievement and is very difficult to acquire. The exam itself requires years of education, practice, and study. It truly is a title that is only earned after an accumulation of career-long accomplishments and catapults any colorist into an elite group.
