How do you feel after you have a great haircut or color? I bet you feel like you can take on the world!

This is the same feeling you get after a really good workout.

To me, beauty and fitness is all about self love. What’s self love? It’s taking care of yourself — mind, body and soul. It’s doing the things in life that make you the happiest.

Maybe you like to take a leisurely walk everyday or you’re training for a marathon with a morning run. Perhaps yoga is more your style or you prefer a motivating spin class. Whatever it is that you like to do, it falls in line with what we wish for all our clients: to feel great about themselves.

Life can be so hectic but the small efforts we put into loving ourselves help us in more ways than we know. We’re here to help with the beauty part of it by finding the perfect cut, color, and style for your hair. But we can’t do that for you every day! And since we want our clients to feel great as much as possible, we encourage you to make fitness a part of your day.

Two of my favorite things are beauty and fitness. I pursue them passionately because, let’s face it, both lead to moments of feeling really great.

Take time out of this crazy busy world we live in today to love yourself. Do something for you, something you’re passionate about. Never stop loving who you are or what makes you happy!
