One of the most potent forms of customer appreciation is the sincere use of the words “thank you!” It’s the time of year that we give thanks. Personally, it’s one of my very favorite times of year. Without a sense of gratitude, life can be extremely shallow. Here at The Root Salon, gratitude is an honored core value. Also, we are humbled and proud to be a locally owned small business.
On behalf of our entire team at the salon, I would like to thank you- our customers, for filling our “gratitude cups” to the brim for yet another year. In whatever form you connect with us in our salon home (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), we hope you feel supported and appreciated as well as beautiful!
As you may know, we are a small, local, female owned business. All big businesses started small. According to the U.S. Small Business Association (SBA), small businesses make up 99.9% of all U.S. businesses and 99.7% of firms with paid employees. Of the new jobs created between 1995 and 2020, small businesses accounted for 62%—12.7 million compared to 7.9 million by large enterprises. Without small businesses, the American economy and workforce are difficult to imagine.
By showing your continued support of our small business, you are doing something fantastic for your local economy.
Thank you for doing what you do each day, week, month, and year. We celebrate you not only during this season of thanks and on Small Business Saturday (November 26th), but each and every day all year long.
