So bold. So fashion forward. So gray.

So bold. So fashion forward. So gray.

For generations, women have agonized over sprouting grays as a sign of aging. But not anymore!

We are pleased to see that there’s an emerging trend to embrace the gray. People are so excited in fact, that they are asking their colorists to color their hair gray!

Some of our favorite hair colorist Instagram accounts and Pinterest boards are showing some serious gray. And this isn’t just an internet thing — last week I had two new clients who were looking forward to going gray. Which I totally get. It’s like an amp’ed up version of platinum blonde…think platinum, ice, cool, steel. So bold!

I would just love it if a client wanted to color their hair gray so if any of you reading are interested, please contact us!

Just so you know, this would be a high maintenance color with a needed retouch every 4-6 weeks. But it would be soooooo fashion forward.

So come on!! Let’s try something new!

My hair is black but I want the grey granny look. Is it achievable or will it take many attempts? I ask because I’ve attempted it before at different hair salons and the stylists never give me the results I am looking for. They claim it’s because my hair is too dark and that it’ll take time if not my hair will fall out. So, is this look achievable in one try and if so how much damage is my hair facing? How much is the pricing considering my hair is long (above the buttocks but long).
