Recently we’ve introduced to you our new and improved “Core Values” in which we define our purpose: Making a connection with our community through beauty.
This has allowed us to truly identify our roles here at the salon both as a team and on an individual level. We take our jobs very seriously here and we want nothing more than to create an energetic and comfortable environment for every client who walks through our doors.
Making a connection with our clients starts the moment you set up your appointment. We listen intently to ensure we know exactly what it is you’re looking for from our salon. It can be scary going to a new salon for the first time; the fear of the unknown can be extremely stressful. What if it doesn’t look good? What if the color doesn’t turn out the way I want? What if they cut off too much?
We know that many (if not all) our clients have had these fears and we understand completely — because we’ve had them, too! The thing that sets us apart from all of the rest is that we are trained to listen. First and foremost, that’s our job. We listen to everything that you’re looking to get out of your appointment, ask clarifying questions, make a plan with you, and follow through. We know how much that extra inch of hair makes a difference in a cut! And if you don’t leave here happy, we didn’t do our jobs correctly.
That is simply not an option for us.
The moment a client leaves our salon ecstatic is the moment we have fulfilled our Core Purpose to making a connection with our community through beauty.
Nothing in the world warms our hearts like somebody feeling fantastic about themselves all because of a successful appointment with us. Word of mouth then starts to spread, and we have the delight of being able to do it all over again with somebody they know.
How could anybody ever ask for a better job than that?!?
