Ready to pop…but still a fully functioning human being.
“Oh my goodness, you’re about to POP! How are you still working?!?”
Well, let me tell you, it’s not as bad as you may think!
Yes, I am walking back and forth shampooing, cleaning, cutting hair, blow drying, on and on; but it’s truly not bad. I actually love being pregnant & working. I feel it keeps me active and motivated to not be lazy. Also, thanks to the vegans, vegetarians and people that are always on healthy diets at work, I don’t eat everything in sight. Well, okay, I do still do but it’s all pretty healthy so it’s not bad!
I also love that everyone always wants to touch my belly and is constantly looking out for me at all times. It’s also super funny to see my clients’ reactions every time I see them every few weeks. It’s so priceless! Don’t get me wrong — my shoulders and back aches do come pretty strong as well as swelling (my feet swell so much after ten hour shifts, I feel like they are going to explode!). But I still love every minute of being able to work while being pregnant!
