It’s finally fall in Phoenix! You know what that means don’t you? Yep, it’s time for our very favorite fall festival in the Phoenix area and it’s for a fantastic cause.
This year Local First AZ’s annual Certified Local Fall Festival is on Saturday, November 9th and we are so happy to be participating again in its ninth year by donating hair product and services to the silent auction.
The Certified Local Fall Festival is a FREE, annual celebration of all things local to Arizona with family friendly fun for all ages, all day! It all happens at Portland Park downtown and it is absolutely FREE!
This year’s festival will be located at Portland Park in downtown Phoenix. Come by and you’ll see 100+ vendors from Arizona’s favorite local businesses.
Try food samples from some of the best Arizona restaurants and food trucks, check out the beer and wine garden featuring Arizona-produced wine and beer, and groove to live entertainment from some of Arizona’s most talented musicians and performance artists. There’s even crafts and activities for kids; a raffle and silent auction with unique prizes and items; and a whole ton of other great AZ things (Click here for more details).
Here at The Root Salon, we have been proud members of Local First AZ for seven years. The organization is a non-profit that works to strengthen communities and local economies through supporting, maintaining, and celebrating locally owned businesses throughout the state of AZ.
