When I hear the words, “The Root Salon” spoken, I immediately think of hard work, dedication, determination, and education.
When I first came to the salon over five years ago, I saw a woman with a plan and most of the pieces that were going to get her to her end goal. I didn’t know at that moment that I was going to be included as one of the first team members to help execute this plan of hers, but I was willing to try.
Since then, I’ve been inspired to join a momentum that is unique to this salon. We are a salon that is about unity bringing the people of our community together through our craft. We strive to be the best at what we do. We take care of our clientele as if they were family and in our eyes, they are.
Special thank you to Roxanne for convincing Lauren to bring me into her plan and to the Emilys for hanging in during all our ups and downs. At the end of the day, the five of us made magic in central Phoenix.
And to Lauren, thank you for your expertise, your judgement (though I resisted at some moments), and your experience that you’ve shared with me over these years.
Let’s make the next five years even better than the last.
