It’s time for another Root Salon Stylist Questionnaire!
See what our team has to say about their superior style when it comes to head-to-toe looks from the past and some forward-thinking styles for the future.
1. What’s your favorite head to toe look you’ve worn in the past 6 months?
When I went to NAHA (North American Hairdressers Awards) I wore wide-legged white pants with a square-shaped white top that featured a semi-open back. I finished this chic look with brown heels and styled my hair in a crown-like braid.
2. What’s a head to toe look you can’t wait to try out in the fall and winter season?
I can’t wait to wear my hair down (LONGER hair, I hope!). I’m looking to sport some sort of print tights paired with a bell-shaped skirt, flat boots, and a black laced top.
3. What’s the wildest or most fashion forward look you’ve ever sported?
When I went to Italy, I was in a boutique and bought a denim bodysuit! It had a halter top and wide leg bottoms. I wore it in Italy with a messy updo and huge, gold peace sign earrings.
4. What’s a hair trend that you wish was still in style?
I loved my ombré hair color. There are certain times when I see ombré and think it might be a little played out. But I still have clients who love the technique and when I’m done with their ombré color treatment, I always think, “No…not played out! Just so pretty!”
5. What’s your #1 source for hair, fashion, and general style inspiration?
I love Glamour Magazine and I’m always shopping for new ideas on Pinterest and Instagram.
