The double ponytail is easy and so, so chic!
We just gotta love us some ponies! Ponytails, that is!
It is such a great “go to” style. We are sharing some of our favorite ways to wear this classic style just in time for your spring parties and weddings.
Why not wrap a pretty ribbon half way down a low pony to coordinate with your outfit? It’s a super cute look.
Another idea has been pioneered by one of our favorite clients, Coral. She has amazing hair and she rocks a french braid at the nape that leads to a high pony in her crown area.
A double ponytail is also super adorable. Simply gather a pony from the top of your ears and fasten at your crown, then gather the rest together at your nape and tie the two together. You will get tons of compliments.
We recommend finishing the look with a smoothing serum like Aveda’s Light Elements smoothing fluid to form a sleek pony. Add a smoky eye and a dark red lip to elevate the ponytail into a high fashion statement. BTW – our favorite red lip color is #733, Cherrybud from Aveda. It’s a glam look for the evening!
