You may remember our Pet of the Month features from blogs past. Today, we feel it’s high time we have some feline representation!
We’d like to introduce the one and only Mia, the adorable cat belonging to our content and blog manager, Lilia Menconi.
Mia is a 14-year-old domestic short-hair cat who has been Lilia’s BFF since the summer of 2000, when Lilia found this scrawny little kitty on the street while taking a walk.
Mia’s favorite toy is Bruce, the other cat in the household who she loves to stalk and attack (don’t worry, it’s all play…for her, at least).
Her favorite snack is the leftover milk from Lilia’s cereal bowl which is only served when Lilia’s husband is not in the room to scold them both for such debauchery!

Clearly, Bruce is NOT amused.
Mia likes to spend her time sleeping. Or eating wet food. And when she’s in the mood, she will solicit pets and chin scratches by rolling around on the carpet and mewing sweetly.
