If you have been to the salon lately you may have noticed our new check-in ritual. We are trying to keep all of your information current and make you aware of some of the complimentary services we offer.
We decided that using our new check-in form would be the perfect way to do both. Management along with our guest services team, wanted to be certain that we have every opportunity to thank you for your patronage, reward another guest that may have referred you, and celebrate little things like your birthday with you. Having your information correct and up to date allows us to do these things and more.
Are you a more private person that does not share your information? That’s okay, too. Please, only share what you’re comfortable sharing with us. But, we just want you to know that you might miss out on appointment reminders, special offers and gifts during special dates during the year. At the very least, please make sure we have your correct cell phone number so that you get our text reminding you of your appointment. We are all pretty busy these days and this is a big help!
As we mentioned earlier, we also offer a few free perks during your service like refreshing your make-up or a nice hand massage. Fill out your preference and let your service provider know what you chose so that we can go that extra mile to treat you great. We can’t wait to see you at your next appointment.
