Hopefully by now all of the gifts are crossed off the shopping list & most of the grocery shopping is done! Preparing for the holidays can be stressful & tough work, so be sure to take some “you time” in the middle of all the holiday chaos! Whether that is in the form of yoga meditation, getting your hair blown out, or cozy-ing up with a nice book. Be sure to set some time apart, even if its five minutes of quiet time to organize your thoughts or clear your mind! Being self aware is the most crucial part of self care so be active with it! Pamper yourself or give yourself some grace to practice putting yourself first, even in the middle of the holidays! (When its mostly about friends & family.)
